Jack’s POV.

I woke up to a loud jingling sound playing close to my ears. I rolled over thinking it was just one of North’s elves. I didn’t want to wake up; I wanted to go back to the dream about (name). (Name)! I sat up quickly and found a small being staring at me. The small girl wore a red dress, had long black hair and startling gold eyes. Then I noticed her wings, they were nearly invisible. But when the light shone on them on the right angle, they were a brilliant shade of shining silver with dark black lines decorating them. I instantly thought that she was a spy, maybe for Pitch or one of the others had wanted to make sure that I was okay. I became angry, not giving her time to explain who she was or why she was here.
“Whoever, or whatever, you are get out! Leave us in peace!” I yelled at her, making her flinch.
I then realised I could no longer feel (name) beside me. I looked around frantically. Had Pitch taken her again? What’s happened to her? No! No, no, no, I can’t have lost her again! So soon.
A jingling noise came again and brought a stop to my panicked searching and I look back at the little fairy. She seems familiar, now that I look at her again, but it can’t be. She smells just like (name) had; a mix of vanilla and jasmine.
“(Name), is that… is that you?”
She opens her mouth and speaks but all I hear is more jingles, like a bell. Can she not speak English or can I just not understand her, is she too tiny to be heard? I stare at her as she points to me, what was she trying to say? She talks again and touches her face, looking worried. I reach out to her and took her in one of my hands; she kicked my hand and hit it with her own smaller ones but all I felt were little feather-light touches. The sound of bells becomes louder and shriller as she made a fuss, I couldn’t take it anymore so I put a finger around her tiny mouth. This made her angrier as she tried to bite my finger. It tickled and the more she did it, the more it made me laugh. She stopped fighting me as soon as I laughed.
 “I’m sorry… please don’t be angry with me…  I just… I can’t understand you!” I said through my laughter.
I had taken my finger away from her mouth and could properly see her face again. The tiny girl was crying, soft tinks replacing the ear destroying shrieks.
“I’m sorry; I didn’t mean to make you cry.”
I uncurled my fist and she sank into my palm as she continued to cry. I didn’t know what to do; I was never good at comforting crying girls. Was this (name) or someone else? It was then that I noticed the tiny bracelet around her petite wrist; a snowflake made of never melting ice. It was the bracelet that I’d given to (name).
 “(Name)?”
The tiny fairy girl looked up with a surprised look on her face and then jumped up, nodding her head and pointing to herself. But how could it be her, she looked so different. The more I look at (name), the more I see the resemblance. She had soft sleek hair and each strand was dead straight; her eyes were soft but the shape of them had a hard edge, making her have an almost cat-like appearance. She had the same birth mark on her right collar bone in the shape of a star. Then I remember her as a little girl; she had dark hair, not nearly as dark as the black it was now, and tints of gold in her (eye colour) eyes.
“It is you!” I say happily as I stroke her small soft cheek.
(Name) leans into the caress and smiles, tears streaming down her face as she lets a few soft tinks of laughter out.

Your POV.

After the two of you had calmed down, Jack broke through the ice coffin and flew you to the North Pole. You had nestled yourself into the folds of his hood at the neck. Jack flew so fast that it only took you ten minutes to get to North’s workshop. Everyone was there in the globe room, looking heartbroken and helpless. They looked up in surprise as Jack came in through the sky window.
“Jack? I thought you were staying with (name). Is everything okay?” Tooth asked as she fluttered towards the two of you.
You popped your head out of Jack’s hood and jumped onto his outstretched palm. You look up at Tooth as she gasps.
“(Name)? Oh my… you look just like… It’s so good to see you!’ Tooth said through burst of tears.
“Wow, so she’s one of us now, ae mate? Can she remember everything?” Bunny asked Jack as you tried to sooth Tooth from atop her shoulder.
“I don’t know. I can’t understand her, all I hear when she speaks are bells,” Jack sighs.
North and Sandy are just staring at you as you try to flutter over to them. Sandy snaps out of it as you lose balance and fall through the air, but a small cloud of gold sand catches you and you float towards Sandy.
“Thanks Sandy,” You say, forgetting no one can understand you.
Sandy ‘draws’ a picture above his head of himself and moves it down to where you’re perched on the sand cloud. Sandy smiles warmly as the mini him hugs you, you giggle and hug back.
“(Name)! Good you’re back!” North laughed merrily as one of his fingers rubs under your chin as though you’re some pet.
You try to push his finger away, which he draws back, making him laugh harder as others joined in. You didn’t like being made fun of, you’re face went red and you stomped your feet. Silver sand swirled a bit around you as you told them – in high pitched bells – to stop laughing. This only made them laugh harder. You huffed and turned your back on the group, arms crossed over your chest and chin high in the air.
“You make such a cute fairy, (name).” Tooth said.
“Ha-ha she reminds me of Tinkerbell!” Jack laughed, “I think I’ll call you Tink from now on, how about it?”
Jack picked you back up and put you on his palm. You huffed again and put your hands on your hips, poking your tongue out at him, making him chuckle. You smile a little, letting him off as you like the sound of his laugh, and are just please that he is in a better mood. You never liked seeing him sad. You feel your wings flutter a little. Surprised, you look back, trying to see them better. You end up turning round in circles for a moment but stop when you hear everyone laughing again. You blush and sit down, crossing your arms and legs.
“Aw, (name), we’re sorry. It’s just you’re too cute! Really, we’re just glad you’re back.”
Tooth giggled as you poked your tongue out at her as she called you cute, but you smile up at her to tell her that you’re not angry.
An elf – with the name tag saying ‘Jangle’ – comes up to Jack and pulls on his pants, he then points from the food in his other hand to you.
“Are you hungry?” Jack asks you, you nod and jump off his hand and onto the elf’s outstretched one.
You don’t feel as tiny with the elf as he’d only a small being as well. You sit on his shoulder as he passes you half a biscuit. You thank him and he smiles. As you eat with the elf, the Guardians move into a group around the globe away from you. You can’t hear much of what they’re saying but hear your name and Pitch’s in the same sentence. You get a little worried, afraid that they don’t really want you there because of your connections to Pitch. Did they even know that you’re his daughter? Surely Tooth would, she has your childhood memories after all. You finish the biscuit and ask the elf for the other half; he seems to understand you and picks up the right item from his platter. The Guardians keep talking for a while and you get bored.
“Jangle?” You say as you nudge the little elf awake, “Would you mind taking me to North’s office, please?”
The elf nodded and got up; you clung to his clothes as he wobbles out of the room and through the workshop. When you reached the office you got him to set you on North’s desk and wet to work finding a spare piece of paper and a pencil. Every pencil or pen you came across was far too large for you to use, but you soon found one that wasn’t too uncomfortable for you. It was still quite hard to write with as it was the same height as you. You began a letter to Jack and the others; you had to write very slowly, each letter wobbly and uneven. The letter read:

< I do remember everything, and I’m very sorry to have made you all worry so much. I was held by Pitch, who is my birth father, and made to believe that Jack and everyone that I loved hated me. He gave me nightmares of Jack hurting me, making me fear him. Jack, I am so sorry that I was weak and believed him. I am sorry that I was afraid of you instead of the real evil; my father. I am also so so so sorry that you were there to witness my death; I never wished to hurt you, I love you. I hope you can still love me, after how horrible I’ve been.
I want to help, in any way I can, to put my father away for good. I don’t want him to hurt anyone again. >

You stop writing as you hear a commotion outside and people shouting your name. You fold the paper up and hop onto Jangle, leaving the room. You and Jangle hurry down a hallway towards the shouting. Jack comes running towards you as he spots you from further down the hallway.
“(Name)! I thought… Don’t ever run off like that again! You scared me!” Jack yelled at you as tears of relief ran down his cheeks.
You hate to see him cry and that it’s your fault, so you open your wings and think really hard on wanting to get to Jack as he comes closer. You feel your feet leave Jangle’s hand and you flap your arms in an attempt to get further. You look up, a bright smile on your face, as Jack slows –surprise overtaking him.
“I can do it!” You say in happy bell tolls.
You finally reach Jack and he grins at your accomplishment, laughing as you touch his face, still suspended in the air.
“You did it! Oh, (name)! I’m so sorry I was angry at you; I was just so scared that I’d lost you again.”
You put your small hands over his mouth; he stopped talking and softly smiled. You nod as though to say that you understand and smile. You wished that at this moment you weren’t so small so that you could kiss him and tell him you were sorry; that you loved him. But you weren’t able to wish yourself back to normal. Just being able to touch him was enough for now.
“Come on, the others are worried.”
You sat on Jack’s shoulder, Jangle followed behind with your letter, and you all went to find the other Guardians.
I do not own anything to do with the Guardians, Pitch or Tinkerbell.
I hope this chapter is okay, sorry for the long wait.
Hopefully adding another chapter tonight or tomorrow :D
